Are your sauces scratch-made?

All sauces are made from scratch daily, with spice levels from mild to extra hot, using Zatarain’s boil liquid and dry blends plus plenty of seasoning for a unique flavor profile.

What comes with a boil bag?

Each boil bag includes bibs, gloves, and wipes for a hands-on feast. Add-ons like Cajun corn, potatoes, and andouille sausage are available.
