Madison, a New Orleans native from the crawfish-famous Atchafalaya Basin, is a 20+ year culinary and hospitality pro and the force behind West Hollywood’s Boil Baby Boil. Steeped in Cajun tradition, he blends authentic Louisiana know-how with sharp logistics, bold flavor, and effortless hospitality—bringing the spirit of New Orleans to every boil, bag, and feast.
