Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery.
Eligible items must be unused/unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email info@boilbabyboil.com. Ship returns to: 8939 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite B, Los Angeles, CA 90069.
Once approved, we’ll email a prepaid label and instructions. Unapproved returns aren’t accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items so we can make it right.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Fastest route: return the item and place a new order after approval.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off
EU customers may cancel/return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after inspection. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/card may take longer to post).
